We guarantee that the products we sell will be as described in the sale listing, hopefully more, and never less. 

Please understand that we sell used merchandise, which is never perfect. The sale listing will show any flaws that we have detected. But even though we inspect and test all items as they are received and make any necessary repairs, flaws are sometimes difficult to detect until you go out fishing.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you discover flaws after receiving your tackle that were not listed, contact us immediately and we will work out a resolution.

Sometimes a particular rod or reel is just not what you need.  If not, simply return the item to us, in the condition in which it was received, within 10 days after you receive it. We will either offer a refund or give you store credit towards the purchase of another item in our inventory.  

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs or credit card processing fees unless our sales listing was incorrect.
